This customer is expanding their home by extending their patio space to create the perfect outdoor cooking and entertaining area. We completed the electrical work to support a grill and hood setup, installed four 6” wafer lights for plenty of lighting, and added an outlet for a refrigerator under the grill area.

In these photos, you’ll see an old existing electrical panel located on the exterior of the customer’s garage. The existing equipment had become aged, corroded, and deteriorated over time. To provide a safer and more reliable installation, we installed a new outdoor rated junction box, extended the existing branch circuits, and relocated them into a new panel installed inside the customer’s garage.

As part of this project, we also brought the exterior meter equipment up to current code requirements, improving both safety and long term reliability for the customer. We also updated the grounding system by adding an additional ground rod to further enhance the safety and performance of the installation.
